Our team at Futurama 4P works on the development of training modules for employees in companies that will use the methodology of microlearning supplemented with gamification or a mutual match among the employees within the company.

Toni Popov

The founder and General Manager of the company, brings 25 years of Sales and Marketing Manager experience from international consumer electronics giant SONY, where he oversaw North Macedonian, Albanian, and Kosovan markets as part of a 19-country group within SONY’s Central and Southeast Europe region.

During his tenure at SONY, Toni honed his skills in creating business plans and budgets, communicating with clients, leading projects and teams, analyzing markets and market conditions, and establishing business connections throughout the region. Under his leadership, his team received the prestigious award for “Percentage of the largest operating profit” within all European groups of SONY in the financial years 2017 and 2018.

Over the past 15 years, Toni has directly managed a team of employees, working closely with them to establish new work practices and introduce modern approaches to their work. His leadership style is characterized by personal example, thoroughness, precision, loyalty, and integrity, all of which he instills in his company.

With 20+ experience in formal and non-formal education, she has expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, coordinating and implementing different personal development workshops; Team building events and activities for organizations, companies, and their employees; Customer Service and Customer care workshops; Communication, conflict resolutions, and relationship building programs and trainings; Leadership programs and Human Resources management skills; Program for professional development, skills and competences for different target groups such as soft skills; Career counseling and coaching.

Katerina has international experience with different clients in Europe and the Middle East, and she is part of a few ERASMUS + projects.

Her personal mission is to empower others to reach their full potential through personal and professional development and life-long learning and find their IKIGAI.

Matea Makarovska

Matea is a multi-talented individual with a diverse educational and professional background. She has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and is trained as a counselor psychotherapist. In addition to her formal education, she has also pursued non-formal education as a graphic designer and a student at a UX/UI design academy.

Apart from her academic pursuits, Matea has valuable experience in various fields. She has worked in HR as a recruiter, served as a school psychologist, volunteered at the Institute for Alzheimer’s disease and Neuroscience, and has over 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.She is currently training as a systematic and family psychotherapist and attending the Semos Academy of UX/UI design.

Tamara Blazevska

Tamara is a digital marketer with three years of experience and a self-motivated graphic designer who is dedicated to learning and improving by working on designs at an advanced level while discovering her full potential.

Fascinated by how people use technology, Tamara focuses on understanding their experiences, behaviour, emotions, and understanding as the essence of her design process, which leads to significant solutions. She wants to create clean and modern designs that are functional, timeless and perfectly suited to their intended purpose. In the process of creating and designing, she always makes careful decisions based on data and research.

Tamara believes in teamwork and has had the opportunity to work on projects for successful organizations. She wants to learn new things and constantly improve and enhance their skills.
Her personal mission is to do the best work she can with the skills she possesses and to support the people around her.

Filimena Trpeska

Filimena TRPESKA is a Certified Auditor in N. Macedonia since 2004. She has gained extensive experience – working primarily for international banks and consulting firms, both in the country and
abroad. Her strengths are developed in the provision of financial-advisory services, focusing in the
following key fields:

Financial Advisory Consulting. As a consultant Filimena was involved in a wide scope of services including: IFRS application and implementation, analysis and assessment of financial reporting, pre-
investment analysis – performing financial due diligence and special purpose audits, business planning, software procurement and implementation, analysis of processes and development of
standard operating procedures. Experience in establishing and evaluating internal control procedures and management information systems, has provided Filimena with a wider understanding of the needs for setting relevant indicators and developing effective performance monitoring systems.

External and Internal Auditing. Concerning external audits, Filimena has gained extensive Big-4 experience in performing audits according to international standards, and in according with the “best practice” methodology of Deloitte & Touche (over 40 audits, out of which 10 as team leader), covering both financial and commercial enterprises. Concerning internal audits, Filimena headed the internal audit function of Ziraat Bankasi Macedonia, and held an internal audit management
responsibility in Halkbank AD Skopje. She has hands-on experience with the management of the internal audit function: planning and execution of audit plans, monitoring the progress, preparation
and presentation of audit reports; as well as support in consulting assignments – assessing internal controls, quality control of procedures and compliance with regulations.

Financial Operations Management. Filimena held a senior management position as Bank Branch Manager – responsible for operations at the largest branch of Halkbank in the centre of Skopje. In her role, she executed full responsibility for planning, running and monitoring of the largest branch operations. The extensive experience of daily operational management, also included staff planning
and recruitment, performance monitoring and reporting. She is able to provide services for optimising financial operations within banks and other financial institutions, as well as identifying areas for improving management practices.
